What time is that where they are?
Pick the city you're in, the time you mean, and the city they're in. The answer updates as you type.
Questions people actually ask
- Does it know about daylight saving?
- Yes, for the date you pick — not just for today. That matters most in the few weeks each spring and autumn when one country has changed its clocks and the other hasn't, which is when the usual answer is wrong by an hour.
- Why does it sometimes show a different date?
- Because that is the answer. 9pm in London is 6am the next morning in Tokyo, and a bare "6am" would hide the part you need.
- Can I send someone the result?
- Yes. "Copy a link to this" gives you a link that opens the page with the same cities and time already filled in.
- Is anything saved?
- No. There is no account and no server doing the sums — it all runs on your own device.
